Upcoming Events

Noosa Food & Wine: Food, wine, beer, celebrity chefs, cocktails, live music, yoga, masterclasses and beach parties at Noosa Food & Wine Festival from 17-20 May. Tickets to Festival Village, Sat and Sun, 10am - 8pm in Noosa Heads Lions Park are $35 online until Fri ($40 from Sat) and include a glass of wine or beer; cooking demonstrations from Matt Preston, Colin Fassnidge, Kirsten Tibballs, Matt Sinclair and more; a keep glass; live music from Tijuana Cartel, The Koi Boys, The Most and DJs; entry to Producers Pavilion, craft beer & cider corner, Pimm's garden party, and tastes of Noosa restaurants. Junction Flava and Java: Noosa Junction Flava Twilight Market this Fri 18 May, Arcadia St, has global street food, live music from Suga Owens, Bel's Belly Dance, pop-up bar, Turkish treats, market stalls, 5-9pm. Then celebrate the coffee bean on Sat at Junction Java coffee festival with free workshops from 8am, treats, happy hours and more 

Midsummers At the Lake: Little Seed Theatre Company presents A Midsummer Nights Dream for a late afternoon of theatre in the amphitheatre at Noosa Botanic Garden, on the shores of Lake Macdonald, Lake Macdonald Drive, Cooroy in the Noosa hinterland, this Sat and Sun 19-20 May. Pre-show entertainment in the gardens will begin from 2pm and the performance is from 3pm to sunset. Bring your picnic baskets, rugs and cushions, cash bar available on-site. Cooking by sunset: Melawondi Spring Retreat, Imbil, near the Noosa hinterland has a cooking class and sunset stroll around their beautiful grounds, Sun 20 May, 3.30-6.30pm. Happy Pops: A new gelato pop store, Happy Pops, is now open at shop 6, On the Beach Noosa, 49 Hastings St, Noosa Heads with handcrafted gelato pops made in-store from locally sourced ingredients. Retail by the river
: Take a wander through the shops of Noosaville, alongside Noosa River, with a great range of stores offering homewares, fashion, surfwear, books, jewellery and more, in styles from beachy to classic and vintage. tart your shopping trip in the Gympie Tce, Thomas St and Mary St area, before relaxing at one of the many cafes and restaurants. If you’re driving, head a bit further on to Gateway Dve for some great warehouse-style fashion and homewares showrooms, or take the Noosa Ferry to Noosa Marina, Tewantin for boutiques, gifts, restaurants and bars on the river

Ferry cruise:
Take a sunset cruise on your way to dinner in Noosa with the Noosa Ferry, Tues to Sat, between Noosa Marina in Tewantin and the Sofitel Jetty in Noosa Heads, with several stops along the river near restaurants in Noosaville and Q Place at Noosa Sound. Fit kids

Horse riding:

National Park: Take a walk or run through the Noosa National Park, just minutes from Hastings St, with coastal tracks with gorgeous views across Laguna Bay to Noosa North Shore – you may even spot a whale, koala, dolphin or turtle! Sunset cruise: The Noosa River at sunset is a beautiful way to start the evening and a cruise is a great way to arrive at dinner! Noosa Ferry has sunset cruises between Hastings St and Noosa Marina, Tues-Sat – ph 5449 8442. Noosa River & Canal Cruises leave from Noosaville and Noosa Heads, Wed-Sat, BYO snacks and drinks and they'll supply the glasses and ice buckets – ph 0414 727 765.
