Wasabi Restaurant & Bar, overhanging the scenic Noosa River opposite the Noosa Recreation Reserve, relocated to Quamby Place in 2009 after six successful years in Sunshine Beach.

Owner and 2009 Young Restaurateur of the Year, Danielle Gjestland, has designed a fashionable space with a strong sense of attention to design detail. The entirely waterfront dining space has spectacular river views with amazing sunset vistas by day and a warm, contemporary, intimate dining space by night.

For a traditional Japanese eating experience, the tatami room seating for 20 is on a mezzanine level overlooking the dining room. The more formal dining room seats 40 with an additional private dining room for up to 8 guests.

Recognised by Gourmet Traveller in their Top 100 restaurant list, and as Queensland's #1 regional restaurant, Wasabi's food has a contemporary sensibility that is still deep rooted in Japanese purity.
